Returns and refunds
Withdrawal period
Consumers may notify us of their decision to return a non-personalised product within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason. For separately delivered orders, the period starts upon receipt of the last item or component where required by law.
How to request a return
Email showroom@atyco.es with your order number and the products you wish to return, or call +34 698 989 197. An unequivocal notification within the time limit is sufficient; exercising this right does not depend on subsequent authorisation by ATYCO.
Collection and cost
ATYCO arranges collection with you and pays return transport costs. Returns are free and there is no restocking fee. Wait for collection instructions before sending the product yourself. ATYCO emails a free return label to download and print, together with collection instructions.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges based on customer preference. For a different product, we process a return and refund under this policy and you place a new order. This does not limit rights relating to defects or lack of conformity.
Product condition and packaging
Return the complete product with accessories and documentation, suitably protected for transport. Keep and use the original packaging where possible; otherwise contact ATYCO to arrange suitable protection. ATYCO checks the product, accessories and packaging on receipt. Opening packaging or inspecting the product does not in itself prevent withdrawal. You are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in accordance with applicable law. Any reduction in value will be explained and justified to you.
Refunds
Refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of notification of withdrawal. Collection and inspection will be arranged to meet that deadline; because ATYCO offers collection, inspection will not be used to extend it. Applicable payments, including ordinary delivery charges where required, will be refunded. Supplements for a more expensive delivery method expressly chosen by you are excluded. We use the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without incurring charges.
Customised products
Withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised in the cases covered by Article 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. This exception does not limit rights concerning defects or lack of conformity.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Contact showroom@atyco.es with your order number and details of the issue. ATYCO will arrange the remedy and bear the costs required under the statutory guarantee. The 14-day withdrawal period does not limit rights relating to lack of conformity.
